It can feel so uncomfortable to sit with uncertainty. But it's one of the most beautiful skills you will ever learn.
Try it: Take a deep breath and just...sit.
Our minds often conflate not knowing with not working out, and so somehow we allow not knowing to feel just as bad as our worst case scenario, when it couldn't be farther from the truth. The feeling of uncertainty is its own experience - full of opportunity, often full of stillness before great change. Let it be ok not to know yet, even when it seems like everyone else around you does. The universe will give you answers on your own divine time.
